Arnprior & District Humane Society
The Arnprior & District Humane Society is a humane refuge that takes in animals from Arnprior and the surrounding area. We are a non-profit organization supported through fundraising events, sponsor assistance, and kind donations. We are dedicated to finding loving, forever homes for abused, abandoned and neglected animals. It is your financial support that allows us to continue rescuing, housing, and caring for these wonderful animals that would otherwise be homeless. We are not affiliated with the Ottawa Humane Society but we are affiliated with the Ontario Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA).

We are OPEN, Monday to Fridays 12pm to 5pm, Saturdays 12pm to 4pm, and Closed on Sundays and holidays.
The Arnprior & District Humane Society can only accept animals from the local bylaw officers. If you have found a stray cat or dog in Arnprior, please contact 613-809-7048 to arrange pick up.
